Brodie Investments Ltd is a well established family company with an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial property. The foundations of the business were established in the 1960’s and the Director, Paul Brodie, currently runs the Company with a small administrative team from the office near Guildford in Surrey.

Managing the portfolio is our day to day business, looking after tenants and dealing with new enquiries. More recently there has been a restructuring of the family business and in 2015 we embarked on a major refurbishment plan together with two new developments.

As members of the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme, we guarantee to adhere to the latest legislation and provide quality rental accommodation for all of our tenants. We employ our own “handyman" for communal cleaning & general upkeep, with quick response times for other issues that may occur during your occupancy. A professional maintenance team is also available during the week or if there are any emergencies that may occur during out of normal office hours.
