Location

Ealing is a residential suburb of west London situated approximately six miles from the Centre. The area is one of the most favoured residential areas in suburban London, due in part to the substantial and impressive properties built during the late Victorian and Edwardian periods. Description

Originally constructed as a semi detached house around the turn of the century, with basement, ground and two upper floors of solid brick external elevations rendered to the front side and part of the rear, beneath a timber frame pitched and hipped roof covered with slates. The front elevation has bays to the lower ground and ground floor with the main entrance approached via a short flight of steps.
